This site is currently undergoing a massive overhaul.
Although it's been steadily half-remedied over the course of the previous six (!) months, the design of this website has been a continuous stick in my craw. (I plan to fully rebuild the site in the hypothetical near-future using custom HTML and CSS; at that point, I'll finally be able to escape the ecosystem of Big Google.)
See, I love the generally-monochromatic motif and my logo design, but I've been aiming to create something that embodies "having fun" and "being sleek" simultaneously.
Beginning tonight, I'm taking direct aim at that. I've been heavily inspired by Teenage Engineering's website and beautyinchaos.com; both are minimalist and exude postmodernism in spades, which, alongside brutalism, I absolutely adore.
I'm not going to bullet-pointedly state what's changed because I'd like the site to morph naturally. I want the change to have its existence be made known and be felt rather than explicitly detailed.
This will certainly not happen in a single evening; I'd like to shoot some high-resolution images that I currently have no means of acquiring. However, several other changes will go live tonight... such as this bulletin post!
